We saw someone with a pot of this tea when we were quaffing our coffee in a lovely little cafe/shop in Seminyak.
Looking at the name of it on the chalkboard, my version is as follows:
Put a couple of lovely nutty brown rice tea bags into a pot to sit for a while.
Add the juice and grated rind of a couple of large oranges, a few peelings of fresh ginger, some kumquat slices if you can find them – then either a few fresh mint leaves or a sprinkling of lightly crushed pink peppercorns. Very refreshing it is too….
